Terms of Service

Wishs makes personalised gifts from our studio at No-9, First Floor, Thiruvalluvar 3rd Street, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088, Tamil Nadu, India.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed once payment (or the Partial COD advance) is received.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was shown wrongly, or the order looks fraudulent.
• Product photos are examples. Your gift will be made with your own photos and text, and finishes may vary slightly.

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos, names and text you send us.
• We may decline content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights (for example copyrighted characters or logos), and refund the order.
• We use your content only to make your gift. See our Privacy Policy.
• Low-resolution photos may print less sharply; we will tell you if we think a photo won't print well.

We print only after you approve the design preview. Please check names, dates, spelling and photos carefully: we print exactly what you approve.

Offers, coupon codes and free gifts are subject to availability, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events or other things outside our control, though we will always help you follow up.

The Wishs name, logo, website content and product designs belong to Wishs and may not be copied without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
