Shipping Policy

• Across India: most orders are delivered in 8–12 days from the day you order. This covers designing your gift, your approval, printing and courier transit.
• Design preview: we share a preview on WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours of receiving your photos and details. Your gift goes to print only after you approve it, so a quick reply keeps things on time.
• Chennai: same-day and next-day delivery is available on selected gifts, including exact-time and midnight delivery. See same-day gift delivery in Chennai.
• Need it by a date? Tell us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you honestly if we can make it.

Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, remote pincodes, weather and public holidays can add a few days.

• Free shipping on orders of ₹1,000 and above.
• Orders below ₹1,000 have a flat shipping fee of ₹150, shown at checkout before you pay.

• Prepaid: pay the full amount online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
• Partial COD: pay 50% online plus a ₹50 COD fee when you order, and the rest in cash or UPI to the courier on delivery.

We send updates on WhatsApp as your gift is designed, printed and shipped. Once it is with the courier you will get a tracking link. You can also check any time on our order tracking page.

• Please check the address, pincode and phone number carefully at checkout. Tell us on WhatsApp straight away if something is wrong; we can change it until the parcel is shipped.
• If the courier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or nobody is available after their attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will reship it once you confirm the details; the extra shipping is charged at cost.
