Privacy Policy

• Photos, names and messages you send for personalisation are used only to make your gift.
• They are stored securely and seen only by our team making your gift.
• We never sell or share them, and never post them on social media or our website without asking you first.
• Your uploaded photos and design files are permanently deleted within 7 days after your order is delivered. If you'd like them deleted sooner, just ask.

• Order details: your name, phone number, email, and the delivery address and phone of the person receiving the gift.
• Personalisation: the photos, text and preferences you send for your gift.
• Messages: your WhatsApp chats with us about orders and support.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Site usage: pages viewed and items added to cart, through cookies and analytics tools, to improve the site.

• To make, ship and deliver your order, and send you order updates on WhatsApp.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To remind you about an unfinished order or tell you about offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep records required by Indian tax and accounting law.

Only the service providers needed to run your order, and only what each needs:

• Courier partners (through NimbusPost, DTDC and ST Courier): recipient name, address and phone, to deliver your gift.
• Razorpay: to process payments.
• WhatsApp (Meta, through our provider Gupshup): to send order updates and chat with you.
• Hosting and storage (Cloudflare, Supabase): where our website, orders and files are kept securely.
• Analytics and ads (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog): anonymous browsing data to understand and improve our site and ads.

We never sell your personal information. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.

• Personalisation photos and design files: deleted within 7 days after delivery.
• Order records (name, address, items, payment): kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• WhatsApp chats: kept while we are supporting your order and for future support, unless you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for marketing messages, at any time. Email support@wishs.in or WhatsApp +91 80721 97822 and we will respond within 7 working days. If you aren't satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the cart may not work without them.
