Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

If your gift arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible.

• Tell us on WhatsApp at +91 80721 97822 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue and the outer box. This helps us settle it quickly with the courier.
• Please keep the product and packaging until we have resolved it.

• Before we print, we send you a design preview. Changes at this stage are free, as many as you need.
• Once you approve the design, we print exactly what you approved. Spelling, names, dates and photo choices in an approved design can't be changed or refunded afterwards, so please check carefully.
• Small differences in colour between your screen and the printed gift are normal and are not a defect.

• Before design work starts: you can cancel for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp.
• After design work has started: the gift is being made just for you, so the order can't be cancelled.
• If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
• For Partial COD orders, the amount you paid online is refunded; nothing is collected on delivery.
• If a Partial COD parcel is refused at delivery without a valid reason, the advance isn't refunded, because the gift was made just for you.

• Change of mind, or not liking an approved design.
• Damage after delivery, or from misuse.
• Delays caused by the courier, a wrong address, or the recipient not being available.
