Is Wishs Gift Reminders really free?+
Yes. Reminders are free forever, and you do not need to buy anything.
When will I get reminders?+
On WhatsApp, 30, 15, 7 and 3 days before each date, and on the day itself. You can switch any of these off, and turn on festival reminders for Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and more.
Do I need to know the year they were born?+
No. The day and month are enough. If you add the year, we will tell you when it is a milestone, like turning 30 or a 25th anniversary.
Can friends add their own birthday to my list?+
Yes. Share your personal link in a WhatsApp group. Friends type their name and birthday, and it is saved straight into your list. They cannot see anything you have saved.
Will you spam me?+
No. You only hear from us about the dates you saved and the festivals you picked. Reply PAUSE on WhatsApp to stop anytime, or delete all your data with one tap.
Is my data safe?+
Your list is private to you and only used to send your reminders and suggest gifts. We never sell or share it. You can delete everything at any time from the reminders page.
Can I add it to Google or Apple Calendar?+
Yes. Once signed in, open Reminders & festivals and tap "Add all dates to my phone calendar". It downloads every date as a yearly repeating event.
